As a Product Designer at Treetop Consulting, I drove UX strategy and end-to-end design for a fintech client across banking, payments, compliance, and business messaging. I focused on turning complex workflows into intuitive experiences that balanced user needs with business goals. Working closely with client PMs and engineers, as well as my internal design team, I delivered solutions that streamlined processes, scaled across platforms, and earned strong client trust.

Key achievements from my tenure include:
Payments-as-a-Service (PaaS): Designed core money movement, approvals, and compliance workflows, automating 80% of processes and supporting 1K+ daily transactions.
Design System: Built a cross-platform design system from the ground up, defining tokens, grids, and typography, and scaling it into reusable patterns, variants, and states to ensure consistency across desktop, tablet, and mobile.
Business Messaging Platform: Directed UX/UI design for an API-powered communication tool, integrating batch and two-way messaging to support secure, instant communication for businesses.
Collaboration & Delivery: Drove over 100 design handoffs and stakeholder presentations, accelerating project delivery by up to one sprint through clear communication of design rationale and proactive alignment– earning consistently high client satisfaction.
